I played in a £1500 No Limit Event at The Western last month , in attendance was Johnny Chan promoting an event he is hosting in Turks and Caicos later this year , the diary will be on the blog and archive soon. Dusk Till Dawn is on hold for a few weeks due to changes in the planning application . When Rob signed the lease the building had D2 planning which was acceptable until April but needs updating which will take 6 to 8 weeks and will hold up the commencement of the building refurbishment . The gaming license is getting closer to approval , for those interested in finding out more Rob has been keeping a diary which is on the www.blondepoker.com general forum and is regularly updated . Dusk Till Dawn is already being talked about all over Europe and i can assure you all it will be worth the wait , no detail or expense is being saved to get this club right and it will be the best .

My Purple-Lounge deal is all signed up and i attended a press night at their offices in London , it was great fun and included a two table freezeout with a Purple Ace card for the winning journalist. All journalists attending got a chance to play in a freeroll for the Purple-Lounge/FHM Norwegian poker Tour final . This i am sure will be very popular , it will cover 12 Norwegian venues starting and finishing in Oslo , the winners of each city progressing to the final , the unique difference is all dealers will be FHM models who are to be professionally trained by Glen from allin poker events beforehand , it starts 24th August and ends 15th September , qualifying events will be held at Purple-Lounge.com.

I am now in Cardiff ready to start the commentary tomorrow Monday 5th on Late Night Poker Ace . Jesse May and i do all the commentary live so with each heat taking approx 4 hours and the final 5 by Wednesday night we will have 21 hours recorded to be edited down to 1 hour shows with the final 90 minutes.

Then on Thursday we start the whole process again for Late Night Poker Masters , this time i am doing the first two heats on Thursday with Barny Boatman doing the Friday heats as i play Friday morning. The final is on Saturday , i hope to be in it as obviously does Barny , if we don't make it we will commentate the final , not sure what will happen if both of us make the final !

I get home on the 11th and wont play again until the 22nd when i intend to play the £1000 Pot Limit Omaha at The Vic as a warm up for the $10,000 PLO at the WSOP on 9th July , my next tournament and first of my triple for Purple-Lounge.
