Hi Everyone

I hope January went well for you and you haven't broken all your new years resolutions yet !

I had a great trip to Australia, no results although I was unlucky in the main event with KK v AK. I prepared well for all the events taking time out inbetween, and after the tournament ended stayed on an extra week with Mathilde visiting Queensland to see the rainforests and dive the Great Barrier Reef. If anyone is travelling to Cairns I can recommend Sun Kist , they use a small boat with an experienced crew and visit 2 reefs less dived than others, the sights are fantastic.

During the tournament I wrote 6 new diaries for UK Betting as well as performing other media related duties. This included interviews and photos for several newspapers as well as taking part in a Poker Seminar held for the press and players, and doing a live radio interview on the day of the World Speed Poker event.

I also, along with Peter Costa and Mad Marty, was filmed by a production company making a documentary for Game-in TV to be aired in March, so although the trip was not a winning one it was at least productive in my role as ambassador for UK Betting.

Now for some great news ...

Those who have been visting the site regularly may have noticed the last event in my UK Betting Tour appeared to be Australia ending January 20th. The reason for this is although I signed a 12 month contract ending March 19th, when the schedule was agreed last February there were no details available for the 2005 European Tour, and although there are established annual events, with the potential of there being new events available, we decided to wait until now to complete the schedule.

I am therefore very proud to announce the remainder of my schedule commencing 5th February to March 20th. It confirms the commitment that UK Betting have placed in me, and also that they are happy with the way I have represented them over the last ten months.
